Personal data within the meaning of these Terms of confidentiality is any information that allows you to be identified, as well as information about your activities, such as the use of certain Services, if such use is directly related to the information that allows you to be identified.
By using the Services, you agree to and accept their terms set forth in these Terms of confidentiality. The processing of your personal data begins from the moment of acceptance of the Terms of confidentiality.
We reserve the right to unilaterally change these Terms of confidentiality at any time by posting them in a new version on the Internet at https://fieldbi.io/privacy-en/ without personal notice to each user. Instead, we'll post the time of the latest changes to the Terms of confidentiality in the Last Modified Date field. By continuing to use the Services after making such changes, you agree and accept them as part of the Terms of confidentiality.
When processing and disclosing users' personal data, the FieldBI Electronic Land Surveyor shall follow the Law of Ukraine №2297 "On Personal Data".
Please also read the Terms of Use. These Terms of confidentiality are an appendix to the Client Agreement and form an integral part thereof. In case of discrepancy between the Terms of Confidentiality and the provisions of the Client Agreement with the Client, the Client Agreement shall prevail.
Information collected by services
To provide services, we may collect the following personal information:
Information you create or provide to us. During registration, we ask you to provide personal information, such as last name, first name, email address, postal address, phone number. This information is stored in your account. When you use the Services, we also collect the content you create and download.
Information about your location. When using the Application, we send a request to determine your location to automatically fix the location of the problem.
Automatic collection of technical information. When you use the Services, we may collect some information automatically, such as your IP address, the type of your operating system, the type of browser, the time. Such information may be personal information if it directly allows you to be identified.

We use all information collected to provide, maintain, protect and improve existing Services, to develop new Services.
When posting (providing FieldBI) Third Party Personal Information, the User warrants that it has obtained all necessary permissions and consent to such actions.
